I also went to the ATI website with the hope of being able to download an acceptable driver, but can't find any. Technical support indicated to me there was an "internal bulletin" regarding this particular problem, which is not available as a knowledge base article that can be read by dell customers. Graphical images (fonts?) on the dell home page still do not paint properly. When switching into 96 dpi mode the characters look cleaner, but it may be just because I can't see them that well as they are so small. I have downloaded the latest video driver from the dell website, which is dated 6/24/05, at the suggestion of level 1 and 2 technical support. In addition grahics (or fonts), such as the words "small business" and "home office" do not paint properly when visiting the dell home page using internet explorer. There is a noticable redish shadow on the lowercase i and l letters of names of icons within the windows control panel.
